By accessing or using the website located at www.masonrybowlinggreen.com (the "Site") or by engaging Bowling Green Concrete & Masonry to perform any services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or request our services.
These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access or use the Site or our services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted to the Site. Continued use of the Site or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Bowling Green Concrete & Masonry provides residential and commercial masonry and concrete services in the Bowling Green, Kentucky metro area and surrounding communities. Our services include, but are not limited to, foundation repair, chimney repair, tuckpointing, brick repair, driveway pavers, retaining wall construction, masonry restoration, fireplace installation, stone veneer installation, concrete block walls, walkway construction, and related work.
All services are subject to availability, project requirements, and our capacity at the time of scheduling. We reserve the right to decline any project at our sole discretion.
Free on-site estimates are provided as a courtesy and are not binding contracts. A written estimate sets out the scope of work, materials to be used, and the proposed price. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise in writing.
Final pricing may differ from an estimate if the scope of work changes during the project - for example, if unforeseen conditions are discovered once work begins. We will notify you in writing before proceeding with any work that would increase the cost, and we will not proceed without your approval.
Material costs are subject to change based on supplier pricing. If material costs increase significantly between the estimate date and the start of work, we will notify you and provide a revised estimate.
Once you accept a written estimate and a start date is agreed upon, we will schedule the work according to our availability. Weather conditions, material delays, or other factors outside our control may require rescheduling. We will notify you promptly if a scheduled date needs to change.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible - at least 48 hours before the scheduled start date whenever possible. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may result in a cancellation fee to cover mobilization costs already incurred.
If we cancel due to circumstances on our end with no rescheduled date, you will owe nothing for work not yet performed.
Payment terms are set out in the written estimate or contract for each project. In general, a deposit may be required before work begins on larger projects, with the balance due upon completion. Smaller jobs may be invoiced in full upon completion.
Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of estimate. Payment is due within the timeframe specified on your invoice. Overdue balances may accrue interest at the maximum rate permitted under Kentucky law. We reserve the right to suspend or withhold warranty service on accounts with outstanding balances.
We stand behind the quality of our work. Any specific warranty terms - including duration and what is covered - will be set out in your written contract or on your warranty documentation. Warranty coverage applies to defects in our workmanship and does not cover damage caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather events, flooding, settling caused by soil conditions beyond the scope of the work performed, or damage caused by third parties.
